I have registered and want to send money - now what?
Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via e-gold:
=======================================================================
Go to: 'My Account' > 'Upload Funds' > choose bank transfer as a payment method > enter the amount to be uploaded > You will be provided with a transaction ID and bank details.
=======================================================================
Now, you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the transaction ID OR your login email in the reference field. If you do not want to fund your account via bank transfer, find here more supported payment methods.
Step 2: As soon as the funds are credited to your Digitaleco account, you can go ahead and send payments to anyone with an email address by following the instructions given under the 'Send money' tab.
What does the Turing Number mean?
The Turing Number entry during login is used to prevent automated login attacks against your account. A random number, displayed as an image, must be entered correctly in order to successfully login.
Are you at least 18 years of age? If not, we are sorry but for the time being we cannot accept registrations from minors.
Are you resident in a country that has been listed by the OECD as a non-cooperative jurisdiction in the fight against money laundering? We are sorry but we cannot allow registrations from these countries. An up-to-date list can be found here.
If none of the above applies to you, you should be able to register - please review the registration form carefully to avoid any errors.
